Spec my parents a budget PC, bitches!

If you touch your software enough does it become hardware?

Spec my parents a budget PC, bitches!

Post by Grimmie »

My parents are ready to retire their ageing Dell PC in favour of something with a little more staying power and a little less bloatware.

Other than to watch a few YouTube videos, play music, do (very light) photo editing and internet browsing (sometimes heavy) they don't really use it for much. No games, certainly.

Need to get them a Win 7 desktop machine for under £300. I'm happy to suggest a pre-built one from somewhere, or piece together parts myself, but don't really know where to start with that price point.

Any ideas?

Has that thing got built in lava lamps? I'm not sure if that's awesome or tragic.

That is pretty awful.

Looks alright for general everythinging.

Obviously, you'll need to pick up a W7 key from your local fabulous dancing software distributor though. :)
