You leap forwards and make a good slash at her, which would have been a nasty injury on a less agile target. She dodges out of the way easily.

DCOM then. At the moment you are "knocked down" from the previous attack, which seeing as you are in micrograv I will interpret as you having been knocked free of where you had placed yourself and you are now floating slowly across the room backwards. I'll give you a -10 on your attack roll as you are spinning about a bit, but I will also be giving her a -10 to hit you as you are spinning about a bit. You can take a complex action to recover instead of attacking if you prefer.

Well I'm on a target of -5 base with that modifier (although I can get bonus modifiers for rate of fire and smart link). I think I need all the help I can get. However, I can rectify myself and still talk.

Back to Yu then.

She fires the plasma weapon again. This time she is aiming at Unlabelled, but combined with dodging his claws the shot goes wide, melting some of the junk in a container behind you into slag.

Fab, its Unlabelleds chance to try again!

Your claws gouge her arm, but most of the damage is absorbed by her armoured clothes. You do draw blood though, and she flinches in pain.

Back to DCOM.

Harsh words are about all I can manage right now. I'm certainly not risking hitting Unlabelled while I'm a gibbering wreck. I'm going to loom at her in melee range, but with no actual chance of hitting I'll just make a full defence action.

Despite the clawing madman on top of her she fires at the looming robot. She rolled a 1. Even on full defense you are only dodging that on a natural 00 (or 100, im not sure what the dice roller displays).

Thats a further 19 damage to you. That leaves you just about still conscious, but does mean another two wounds, so an extra -20 and a SOMx3 roll (with your now -60 modifier) to not fall over. I think that means you need another natural 00.

Haha, no, its not a crit. In fact, as she is firing a two handed gun at someone else whilst you try and stab her, I'm going to give you the +20 modifier for superior position, which makes it just a hit.

Roll for damage, then its her go again.

You manage to scratch her again! In fact, I've just realised that you should have had bonus damage on your last attack as you got such a good roll. I shall give you the bonus damage this time instead.

You scratch her really hard! Your claws dig deep, causing her to wince and stumble back. She just about manages to keep herself from spinning out of control though, with her prehensile feet gripping at the wall. She did not like that, and tries to turn the gun to take a blast at Fab instead. The shot goes wide, and another crate of stored goods gets turned to hot rubbish.

Pants, DCOM is up.

Bear with me, I need to remember to do this when I get home. Might give me time to think up a way of contributing. Could say I'm tanking I suppose.

2, 1: 21 Failure!

And away I float again. I feel like one of those ball-and-paddle games. Synth and plasma-cannon. I'll try to rectify myself again I suppose. Right now I'm just glad to be alive. Briefly.
