I've heard that some companies offer gaming connections with low latency, but I don't know who it is.

Hmmm the ball appears to be back in my court.
They have backtracked and now said I can cancel my broadband without penalty - or I can have it half price until the problem is fixed in May. I was all for cancelling believing I could get Infinity in my area, but I can't so now I have to do some mathmatics to see how the money falls.

Well it's a result at least. I wonder if it's procedure for them to wait until threatened with OFCOM before they capitulate.
