Belgium bash II aftermath

Post by Mr. Johnson »

I'm still recovering a bit from the events this weekend (when did I get so old), but I hope you all had as good a time as I did. Good food and drink was had, Almost all of the groceries got eaten or drunk, apart from the 7 (!) bags of crisps that were a bit unnecessary and the bottle of jack daniels that I will gladly consume myself.
You all left the house surprisingly clean and I didn't really need to do a lot of cleaning up which was nice.
Thanks all for coming, thanks for the great day out on Saturday, thanks to Em and Grim for a fantastic D&D adventure and some great gifts and thanks to all for the good times. I'm gutted that it was over so soon, but I'm not sure if I could handle more meat.

You guys are all great. :aww:

Also, you guys missed the baby geese my dad picked up after you left. (Apart from Wiggy, who saw them)

It does look rather pleasant, even the graffiti is polite. A friend had a NATO posting somewhere near there and has been telling me how nice it is.
