NetBeard

Post by Joose »

I have a yearning for some beard. Who would be interested in an EP game run over Skype or similar, possibly using that d20 website? Maybe run over a couple of nights (not necassarily contiguous)?

If the timings are right, yes, most certainly.

Fixed. But yes I'd be interested, even though I don't really know EP

Not played EP, but I am pretty keen to get into a game at some point, either EP, D&D, or SR.

I have a Char that Grimmie rolled for me years ago and it would be nice to give him a go.

Hurrah, sufficient interest registered!

I'm going to run a game that I recently ran with the mrs and a couple of mates, as it was fun and didn't involve anything too outlandish or complicated so was a good run for noobs. I'll be changing a couple of things to make it go a bit smoother, but it's mostly preprepared which is good.

Needs a minimum of three players and I don't really want to have more than four or it will get a bit crowded. There's a few roles that will need covering but it's fairly flexible as to who does what. I'll help people make their own characters, the only limitation will be on the choice of morphs as I don't really want to start off with some of the more bonkers options.

I'll start putting things together! :boogie:

Maybe Octopi. No swarmoids or flying gun-balls though. No space whales or cyborg owlbears either. I'll put up a quick list of the ok options.

I have found an online Character Generator that walks you completely through the creation of a Character, only problem is that it doesn't generate the finished results in any kind of saveable format.

Any web code monkeys out there want to have a look at it and see if they can fix?

Been written in HTML5, JS, and uses XML as far as I can see.

It has a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License so the source code is free and available for fettling.

Send me a PM if you want it and I will put the source in a Dropbox for you, quite willing to host the finished product as well when it's done.

The broken one is online here, they have released the source if there is anyone wanting to fix it.
